Greta Ernst serves as a NH regional Coach for Alpha New England, providing local expertise to churches. A member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Concord, NH, she has 15 years of parish ministry experience, including 6 years with ALPHA. Greta has seen lives transformed and her parish renewed, believing ALPHA offers a safe space for individuals to discuss hopes, fears, and challenges through personal invitations and small group settings, guided by the Holy Spirit.

Kristen Larson is excited to assist you in your interest in bringing Alpha to any place of incarceration, shelter or rehabilitation. I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington but after coming out to Massachusetts to finish college at Gordon, on the North Shore, I still make my home here with my husband and 3 boys. My first opportunity to hold bible studies in jail came when we lived in Colorado, and strangely enough it felt like coming home. These places hold a special place in my heart as they are a place ripe for breakthrough so beautifully promised throughout the Bible. 

Since 2020, I have been involved in the Cantonese Alpha Course ministry, starting as a small group leader and later organizing the entire course. We've completed ten sessions and are currently running the eleventh. I've seen participants transform from anxious and doubtful to accepting Christ, getting baptized, and serving in ministry. We now offer courses in Mandarin and English, making it a key outreach at our church. Alpha provides a welcoming space for sharing meals, exploring faith, and building genuine relationships with God.

Rick Plourde has been involved with Alpha for a number of years.  He also serves as a board member at Alpha New England. He enjoys seeing people that are searching come to faith and realize how much God the Father loves them through Jesus.  He loves talking about Alpha and what it can do to the local churches culture. How it strengthens the relationships within the local church for all denominations and fulfill Jesus’ commandment, 34-35 “Let me give you a new command: Love one another. In the same way I loved you, you love one another. This is how everyone will recognize that you are my disciples—when they see the love you have for each other.” John 13:34-35​

Ludwig Heil is a senior executive with over 40 years of experience in High-Technology, Mobile, Telecommunications, and IT. He is recognized for his role in business transformation and innovation, assisting companies like Nokia, Polycom, and Oracle in navigating market challenges. Beyond his corporate career, Ludwig has contributed to faith-based community transformation, implementing the Divine Renovation framework at New Hampshire's largest Catholic parish and organizing the 2017 Catholic Alpha Conference. After retiring from business, he focuses on parish transformation and evangelization as an Alpha Coach for Alpha New England, supporting faith communities in Cape Cod.

Hi, I'm Jenny! I came to faith through Alpha during the pandemic in 2020 and have since loved hosting it in various settings. Originally from Quincy, I now attend church in Boston and have participated in online and in-person sessions, including youth-focused ones I'm excited to be going on a mission trip this fall to help run a Chinese Alpha!
