Regional Cohort Gatherings

A Cohort is a collection of area Alpha leaders from a wide variety of churches who gather together to share their challenges, best practices and ideas to improve their Alpha course experiences. It’s a great way to grow as a leader, support others, form partnerships and sharpen your skills. All levels of Alpha experience are welcome, whether you’ve just run your 1st or 21st Alpha!

Cohorts have taken place in various locations across the New England regions, with Alpha churches taking turns hosting these gatherings. With the Covid-19 Pandemic, these meetings are now taking place online via Zoom. This has allowed our gatherings to have a wider reach than our in person gatherings!

Topics come from our leaders, fellow practitioners. Usually the most pressing questions and challenges are also being experienced by others as well!

1) Check in after latest season completion, How did things go? Stories to share?

2) Alpha Communications: Conversation around registration, ongoing communication and guest questionnaires.
