What is Alpha?

Alpha is an 11-week experience that creates a safe space, online or in person, where people are excited to bring their friends for a conversation about faith, life and God.

Boston Citywide Prayer

Join us as we gather on Zoom each Monday in September from 7–8 p.m. Together, we’ll pray for God to work through your Alpha programs, with both breakout rooms and whole-group prayer times.

Alpha runs all around the world, it’s free, and everyone is invited. Last year, over 2 million people tried Alpha.

The experience is open to everyone, no matter their background or beliefs. Alpha is simply a safe space to meet new people, find out the basics, and share thoughts. The short course runs over 11 sessions – each week a different big question around the Christian faith is unpacked and explored together.
