Our Convo Hour is a time when Alpha practitioners, from a wide variety of churches, gather together each month for conversation and camaradarie to learn from one another and improve their Alpha experience. It's a time to make connections with others to:

Invitation and Promotion
Inviting guests to Alpha can seem daunting to some. During this deep dive, we will explore some challenges and best practices.
Small Groups:
The small group discussion can make or break the Alpha experience for your guests. We'll go deeper around best practices and challenges.
The Time/Day/Weekend Away:
Done well, the Time Away is often a time of transformation for our guests. We'll dive deeper into the nuances, best practices and challenges.
After Alpha
Being intentional about continuing to support guests after their Alpha experience is just as important as the time spent in Alpha. This session explores various ways to stay connected and continue to support your guests, wherever they are on their journey.
